7. Damaged Packaging & Suspicious Deliveries

DO NOT accept visibly damaged or tampered packages.

- Notify support immediately
7.2 Marked Delivered but Not Received
- Notify within 24 hours
- Do not share OTP before verifying parcel
- Late reporting may affect resolution
