6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Subject: "Return Request – Order #[Order ID]"
  3. Include full name, order ID, product name, reason & photos
  4. Review within 2–3 business days
  5. Reverse pickup scheduled if approved
  6. Inspection & refund processed after verification

7. Damaged Packaging & Suspicious Deliveries

7.1 Damaged Package

DO NOT accept visibly damaged or tampered packages.

7.2 Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Notify within 24 hours
  • Do not share OTP before verifying parcel
